How much is admission?
Admission for children 1 to 11 years of age is $14 for 2 hours of play.
Admission for infants, older siblings (12 and up) and adults is free.
We are a card-only business; we do not accept cash.
Do you host events?
At Nonna’s Neighborhood, we love hosting birthday parties and special events for children! We offer several packages. You can view them HERE.
Do I need to sign a liability waiver?
Yes! As you enter our facility, parent or guardians must sign our waiver before play begins. To expedite the process you can fill out the waiver HERE.
How long can we stay?
Play times will be in 2-hour increments.
All spaces will be cleaned in between play times.
Does a parent/guardian need to be with my child(ren) at all times?
Yes, parents and caregivers must accompany their child(ren) at all times. We are not a drop-off play facility or daycare and all adults are responsible for the well-being and behavior of the child(ren) they are responsible for.
Do I need a reservation?
Yes, in order to create an environment that allows enough space for each child, we do require reservations. You can easily purchase and book play time HERE.
Are you open if the weather is bad?
In the case of inclement weather, we will follow Norman Public School system. If they are closed, we will close.
1hat’s the age range for Nonna’s Neighborhood?
Nonna’s Neighborhood is a creative play facility for all ages! While anyone is welcome, most activities are most enjoyed by children ages 1-11.
Can we bring in our own food or drink?
With each full price children’s admission, Nonna’s Neighborhood is happy to supply one ticket, per child, that may be redeemed for a drink or snack.
Additional snacks and/or drinks are $1 each. All snacks and drinks must be consumed in the party area.
No outside food is permitted in Nonna’s Neighborhood.
Is there a diaper changing area?
Of course! Our family restroom is equipped with a changing table.
Can I visit Nonna’s Neighborhood if I do not have a child with me?
Adults who are not accompanied by a child will not be admitted to Nonna’s Neighborhood.
